4. Kowloon Marine Lot 81 was sold by private

arrangement (in 1904 ani, according to the teras arranged, the

›lease commenced from the 28th. April, 1904, being for 75 years,

renewable. The terms on which the lot was acquired may be

recapitulated here (a trading being enclosed to render ther

The Government to abandon the night, reserved under the Conditions of Sale for Kowloon Manine Lot 34, to construct a Praya in front of that lot.

The owners of Kowloon Marine Lot 34 to take up and reclaim the area cross-hatched in red an the accompanying plan as an extension of that jon.

The owners of Kowloon Inland Lot 210 to surrend- Her to Government, free of cost, within 2 years from the date of acceptance of these teres a strip of land along the West side of that dot of sufficient width to admit of widening Des Voeux Road to 100 feet. The strip is indicated by blue cross-hatching on the accompanying plan. Any buildings on the strip to be removed by the owners at their own cost.

Messrs. Blackhead and Company to pay premium at the rate of 85 cents per square foot and Crown rent at the rate of $800 per acre for any @x008s (area taken up under (ii) over that surrendered under ((iii).

The leases of the two lots mentioned to be surrendered and a new lease to be taken out for the remainder of the ters of 75 years for the altered area in one lot as a Marine Lot.
